We offer a 48-hour delivery service through Parcelforce and DHL. Our low-loss headers, connecting manifolds, and safety units are all dispatched within 24 hours. All of our boilers are shipped directly from the factory within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days from purchase, as long as the original packaging is intact, in which case the full amount of money is sent to the buyer.

On top of our delivery service, we also offer warranty and repairs. All of our products have a warranty period of two years, during which you can return them to us for repairs should any problem appear. 90% of problems can be repaired through consultations over the phone, but for all other cases, you can be sure we'll dispatch a repair specialist as soon as possible to help sort our your issue.

Has your warranty period run out already? Don't worry. We also run a post-warranty repair service. Due to the fact that our products are meant to serve you for a long time, we don't want to cut you off from a reliable means of repairs after your warranty period ends.
