This particular 6kW/12kW electric combination boiler is designed to be used in small flats (one or two bedroom flats). No water cylinder is required on hot water side.

The 9kW part responsible for central heating/underfloor heating is able to work in areas up to 90 2m. 

Low voltage or 0V external thermostats are required to control the boiler's performance. These are widely available to be purchased. The part responsible for a hot water is an instantaneous water heater that independently connected provides you with hot water. The 15kW unit is designed to work with up to 3/4 hot water points but it is important to remember that the best option is using one hot water point at a time or 2 taps of hot water at a time.

Water flow rate can be regulated by using the handle of ball valve, on the cold water side that runs to the water heater. 

The best temperature of the instantaneous water heater performance is 43 -48 C degree.

PLEASE NOTE: MAGNETIC FILTER ON HOT WATER PART NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED TO AVOID LAMESCALE AND DAMAGE/BLOCKAGE TO THE INSTANTANEOUS WATER HEATER.
