Culm Stores Elterm Ltd accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damage, or any lost profits or other losses or damage of any kind, regardless of whether Culm Stores Elterm Ltd has been advised on the possibility of such damage that may occur as a result of using this website and the software/data it contains.
For safety reasons, products should only be installed by a competent person, in accordance with current regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Can I return a damaged item?
Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will exchange it for the same product. It will help us greatly if you provide us pictures of the item in the damaged state. In the event that the damaged product has been delivered to you on a Friday, please make sure you contact us by the following Monday.
- How much does returning a damaged item cost?
Nothing - if the product was faulty to begin with or was damaged during transport, we cover all the costs.
- Can I return an undamaged item I no longer want?
You can return any product within 30 days of purchase. There are, however, some products we will not accept returns of, so please contact us to make sure on an individual basis.
- How can I cancel a contract?
The easiest way is to contact us and let us know that you are no longer interested. We will need all your contact information and you will receive your notice in writing.
- What happens if I cancel a contract?
You will receive a full refund of your product, and the funds will be returned to you using the same means you used to pay for it.
- When should I expect to receive my delivery?
Delivery times are between 8am and 5pm. In most cases, our products are delivered on a next-day basis, though we can't always ensure that. In the case of delays, you will be informed about them.
- Can I have my purchase delivered on the weekend?
Saturday morning deliveries are available on demand, though that depends on location. Sunday deliveries are not an option
- Can I collect my purchase directly from your warehouse?
