Designed for large-scale commercial and industrial applications, this unit features robust 2.5" flanged connections for a highly secure, leak-proof integration into heavy pipework. By passing 100% of the heating fluid through its advanced filtration chamber, it strips out microscopic magnetic shards, rust, and non-magnetic contaminants that frequently plague high-capacity networks.
The integrated air-vent continuously bleeds out trapped system air, optimising heat transfer across the entire building. Built from mild steel with a protective zinc-lined interior for ultimate rust prevention, the separator is built to last. Furthermore, the stainless-steel filter basket allows for rapid, mess-free cleaning without the need to withdraw the magnetic core, significantly cutting down on maintenance labour costs for facility managers.
