Protect your large domestic or light commercial heating system with the 60kW MF-D DRYL Air and Dirt Separator. Outfitted with 1 1/4" threaded connections, this fully insulated unit provides full-flow filtration, ensuring 100% of your system fluid is constantly scrubbed of damaging debris. It serves a dual purpose: actively venting trapped air to improve thermal circulation and capturing both magnetic and non-magnetic particles.
Black ferrous oxide (sludge) can drastically reduce boiler efficiency and block pipework. Thanks to the powerful internal magnet and stainless-steel filter basket, these harmful shards are trapped before they cause internal rusting. Manufactured from robust mild steel, the internal surfaces are completely zinc-coated to prevent corrosion within the chamber. Maintenance is quick and mess-free—you do not need to extract the magnetic core from the basket during routine cleaning, saving engineers valuable time.
