Maximise the lifespan and energy efficiency of mid-sized commercial or expansive residential heating networks with our 95kW magnetic filter. Equipped with standard 1 1/2" connections and a thermal EPP insulation jacket, this MF-D DRYL separator acts as the ultimate defence against system degradation. It continuously purges the heating medium of both trapped air and abrasive dirt.
Black ferrous oxide is a major culprit for blocked pipes and reduced boiler output. This unit easily traps these magnetic particles inside a specially designed stainless-steel basket. The main body is crafted from mild steel, with all critical internal surfaces zinc-coated to thwart internal corrosion. When it comes to annual servicing, the process is clean and highly efficient - there is no requirement to remove the magnet from the basket to flush away the captured sludge.
