Optimised Strong Magnetic Field
Magnetite collection is managed by the powerful magnet and the strategically placed separation plate at the bottom of the chamber. Particles colliding with the chamber walls are naturally forced to the bottom, trapping them
beneath the separation plate. Meanwhile, the cyclone forces remaining particles downward, where the magnet
efficiently captures magnetite. Rather than simply chasing the strongest magnet on the market, focused was set on designing a system that maxmises its effectiveness within the collection chamber. Self-cleaning Strainer
Traditional solutions on the market use strainers as collectors, which clog quickly—reducing flow rates and requiring frequent maintenance. With CYCLOMAG the role of the strainer is reimagined. Instead of acting as a collector, it functions as a barrier collecting particles on the outside, allowing the entire separation chamber to serve as a high-capacity collector for lowdensity and non-magnetic particles. Thanks to the constant cyclone forces circulating around the filter, the strainer is self-cleaning. Particles are continuously agitated and driven to the bottom of the container, preventing clogging and maintaining optimal flow rates.
