Low Loss Header 2 x 1 1/4" tapings and 6 x 1" tapings SKE 70 2D+
Description
Condensing Distribution Low Loss Header 70 kW, 8 Tappings - Horizontal/Vertical
Horizontal SKE distribution low loss headers (hydraulic balancers) – basic 2-way versions
The distribution low loss header (SKE) separates the boiler cycle from the heating cycle. SKEs are typically used in medium- or high-capacity heating systems (practically starting from 25 kW), comprising one or more boilers, especially in systems with multiple heating circuits (e.g., floor heating + radiator heating + hot water). Incorporating a hydraulic unit in these cycles eliminates the need to balance pump flows – SKE enables independent operation of each cycle and ensures uninterrupted pump performance (no interference). An additional key feature is its desilting and venting capability. Furthermore, thanks to the integrated neodymium magnet separator (SMART), it prevents tiny magnetic shards from spreading throughout the system, which can cause rust and corrosion. Available versions include: SKE 40 2D+ and 70 2D+ – designed to protect solid fuel boilers from excessively low return water temperatures.
