This is a modern, cost-effective solution for heating systems using Low Loss Headers (also known as Hydraulic Balancers). These components help optimize the operation of multi-boiler and multi-circuit heating systems by separating boiler circulation from heating circuits, thereby enhancing efficiency and system longevity.

Key points:

• Compatibility: All headers are tested for pressurized systems up to 10 bar.
• Functions: They balance flows automatically and incorporate desilter and air vent functions.
• Operation Modes: The balancer adjusts its operation based on the heat demand relative to the boiler’s output:
  • When heat demand equals boiler output, it maintains a stable flow.
  • If the demand is less, it signals the boiler to decrease power or switch off.
  • If the demand exceeds the boiler’s output, it signals the boiler to increase power.

  • Max flow: 1.8 m³/h
  • Max power: 28 kW
  • Temperature tolerance: up to 110°C

• SHE-OC: Insulated versions (PUR foam + leatherette coating), powers from 28 to 115 kW (models with 225 and 420 kW can be insulated with ROCKWOOL if requested)
• SHE-SP: Balancers with stainless steel replaceable air separators, powers from 25 to 209 kW
