These components help optimize the operation of multi-boiler and multi-circuit heating systems by separating boiler circulation from heating circuits, thereby enhancing efficiency and system longevity.

• Compatibility: All headers are tested for pressurized systems up to 10 bar.
• Functions: They balance flows automatically and incorporate desilter and air vent functions.
• Operation Modes: The balancer adjusts its operation based on the heat demand relative to the boiler’s output:
  • When heat demand equals boiler output, it maintains a stable flow.
  • If the demand is less, it signals the boiler to decrease power or switch off.
  • If the demand exceeds the boiler’s output, it signals the boiler to increase power.
