Distribution Low Loss Header 1" 70kW - HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL

This low loss header has 4 x 1" tapings on 1 side and 2 x 1 1/4" tapings on the opposite side.

Hydraulic Coupling-Collectors SKE

SKE coupling-collectors are available in standard and Condens (DC) versions. The Condens version is equipped with a patented flow director. The Inox director maintains high efficiency of condensing boilers or heat pumps. The Inox director allows for alternating connection of pump groups with a spacing of 125mm. A version for heating circuits DN32 is also available. The standard version (2D+) offers limited possibilities for connecting pump groups. Universal construction (adaptation kit) enables installation within a 360° range. Connection of two, three, or four (4DC) pump groups is possible. Expansion of SKE 2DC+ for an additional heating circuit (expansion kit, only DN25) is possible. SKE 2DC+ are part of ready-made sets with pump groups – Kompania and Kompania PRO. Products are insulated with EPP molds.

The Low-Loss Header, also known as a Hydraulic Balancer, is designed to separate the boiler’s circulation from the heating system for medium to high-power applications (25 kW and above, suitable for an average house). It is used in systems with multiple boilers and various heating circuits, such as floor heating, radiators, and hot utility water. The LLH eliminates the need for manual balancing of pump flows by automatically separating flows and allowing them to operate independently. Its construction includes a desilter and air vent, adding functions of system cleaning and air removal, while also protecting the boiler from low-temperature corrosion of returning water.

Operational Modes:

When heat demand equals boiler output, the system balances naturally.
If demand is less than boiler output (e.g., thermostat valves closed), part of the heat returns from the LLH, signaling the boiler to reduce or switch off.
If demand exceeds boiler output, increased pump suction signals the boiler to boost power.
