SKE Distribution Low-Loss Headers (Hydraulic Balancers) – Basic Versions

Function and Application

The SKE distribution low-loss header, also known as a hydraulic balancer, is designed to hydraulically separate the boiler circuit from the heating circuit. It is primarily used in medium- and high-power heating systems (starting from 25 kW and typically from 40 kW upward), which may include:

• One or more boilers (solid fuel, gas condensing, or heat pump-based)

• Multiple heating zones or circuits (e.g. underfloor heating, radiator heating, and domestic hot water (DHW))

The LLH automatically manages flow separation, eliminating the need for manual balancing of pump flows.
